O R D E R

This Writ of Mandamus has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders with respect to the show cause notice dated 07.03.2014.

2.Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondent. 3.The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has already passed orders on 28.03.2015 vide C.No.VIII/10/39/2014-ADJN with respect to the show cause notice dated 07.03.2014. 4.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said order has not been communicated to the petitioner.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the respondent is directed to send a copy of the order dated 28.03.2015 to the petitioner, if not already furnished.
