This criminal original petition has been filed for forbearing the police authorities from harassing the petitioner based on the complaint of the third respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the third respondent's complaint, Crime No.188 of 2021 has been registered on the file of Gandamanur Police Station for the offences under Sections 417, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC.
