Heard Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel for Petitioner, Mr.G.Sridharan, learned Counsel for 1st Respondent and Mr.P.Kottaisamy, learned Government Advocate for the 4th and 5th respondents.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 162 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7134 of 2024, dated 14.10.2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. 3.

Mr.G.Sridharan, learned Counsel for 1st Respondent and Mr.P.Kottaisamy, learned Government Advocate for the 4th and 5th respondents have stated that they have no objection to allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 162 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
