This Review Application has been preferred by the petitioner Insurance Company on the ground that atleast certain percentage of the contributory negligence ought to have been fastened on the deceased for the reasons that he had plighted the two wheeler at the time of his death without following Motor Vehicle Rules, by maintaining the mandated distance between the vehicles.

2.When the Court careful perused the records available, I do not find any merit on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs. 04.04.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Mrn
