ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent police to take action based on the petitioner's complaint. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that this is not the first complaint and the petitioner has already lodged two complaints. They have conducted enquiry and found that it is a money dispute. Therefore they have closed the complaint as civil in nature.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (CrlSide) this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure reports to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
