ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 341, 427 and 506(i) IPC, in Cr.No.368 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that this Court, by order dated 28.09.2021, referred the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre and also appointed Ms.J.Anandha Valli, Advocate as Mediator. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The Mediator has reported that the matter was settled amicably between the parties and compromise was arrived at between them. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner shall place a memo of compromise before the respondent police, the respondent police shall verify the same and proceed further in accordance with law. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
