Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.Though the petition mentioned property belongs to her, it has been erroneously assigned in favour of third party. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the assignment.

3.The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2022 and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested person on notice before passing final order.
