Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to complete the proceedings against the 3rd respondent in Lr.No.R.O.C.No.1153/2016/B3/MB/dt. 04.03.2016 on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.03.2016 and subsequent complaint dated 11.07.2016 and 15.09.2016 by affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner within a stipulated period.

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to complete the proceedings against the third respondent, dated 04.03.2016, which has been initiated based on his complaint that the third respondent had acted with malice.

2.When the matter came up for hearing on 19.12.2016, the learned counsel for the first respondent sought time to get instructions. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the proceedings initiated against the third respondent would be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of a copy of this order. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
