ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 21.04.2021 & 06/08/2021 and petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing arguments of Mr.S.Muniyandi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.R.M.S.Sethuraman, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5420 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5705 of 2021, dated 06.08.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side). 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
