This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors / respondent Nos.1 to 3 and punish them for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court in WP(MD). No.1535 of 2023, dated 27-01-2023 under the Contempt of Court Act.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 would submit that the order of

this Court dated 27.01.2023 made in W.P(MD).No.1535 of 2023 has been complied with.
