This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court Judge, Madurai to dispose of the I.D.O.P.No.472 of 2021 as expeditiously within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner filed I.D.O.P.No.472 of 2021 before the Family Court, Madurai. According to the petitioner, I.D.O.P., is pending from the year 2021 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Family Court Judge, Madurai to dispose of I.D.O.P.No.472 of 2021 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
