ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 14.07.2023, after hearing both side counsels, this Court referred the matter to mediation centre for amicable settlement.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner appeared before the mediation centre and the defacto complainant did not appear. He further submitted that he is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.16,00,000/-(Rupees Sixteen Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.14 of 2023, before the trail Court and to that effect he has also taken Demand Draft for sum of Rs.16,00,000/-(Rupees Sixteen Lakhs only) and he has also produced the copy of the Demand Draft before this Court. 3.In view of the above submission, the interim bail that has been already granted by this Court, is made absolute.

* 4. The petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
