This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents not to register any documents in respect of subject properties situated at Nadakottai Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District totally measuring 272 Acres, without considering the representation, dated 27.08.2021 given by the petitioner. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the documents were registered. 2/4
