Though the petitioner has challenged the promotional panel list, dated 04.02.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the first respondent is directed to consider his representation, dated 19.05.2022, wherein, he has sought for inclusion of his name in the promotional panel.

2.In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and without giving into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation dated 19.05.2022, there shall be a direction to the first 2/4

respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2022, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two
