The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking orders to set aside the impugned order passed in Cr.M.P.No.341 of 2019 in M.C.No.4 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, dated 19.10.2020. 1/3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e. 08.12.2022), the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the case in M.C.No.4 of 2016, has already been disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition.
