O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenu and the petitioner's daughter M.Nivetha aged about 23 herein, is found missing. The petitioner is said to have given a complaint before the third respondent police suspecting that the fourth respondent abducted the petitioner's daughter. Since no action has been taken by the third respondent police to secure the detenu, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation reveals that the detenu eloped with the fourth respondent and got married, the marriage was registered in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that the detenu is working in AIMS Hospital, New Delhi, now the detenu and the fourth respondent are said to be living in New Delhi.
3. Considering the fact that, the detenu got married the fourth respondent and they are living in New Delhi, the detenu is not illegally detained by anybody, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-II) // True Copy // / /2021 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) cm Note :
