: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner and his hotel in Door No.89/33B at Survey Number L.1.5.1., to an extent of 871 Sq.Feet, Melur Pump House Road, Senkottai, Tirunelveli District, without following the due process of law.
