This petition has been filed seeking direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 472/2020 dated 15.10.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent as illegal.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 472 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakiri, and taken on file as CC No.191 of 2021. 3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
