ORDER

Challenging the order of direct payment passed by the respondent dated 04.10.2016, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the direct payment order has been cancelled and the petitioner is permitted to act as Secretary of the School and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.16071 to 16073 of 2016 are closed.
