O R D E R
R.SUBRAMANIAN,J AND N.SATHISH KUMAR,J The petitioner, who is the mother-in-law, seeks production of the person of the detenues named Rani and Nandhini, who are in her daughter-in-law and grand-daughter.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 upon instructions would submit that the daugter-in-law of the petitioner eloped with the third respondent Muthusamy.
3. In view of the above, she being a major, we do not find any cause for illegal detention. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
