O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to measure the land and fix four boundaries in Survey No.89/1A to an extent of 0.53 cents in Keelathooval Village, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, based on the petitioner's application dated 22.12.2015 to the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that seeking such relief, the petitioner has sent an application dated 22.12.2015 to the respondent and since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate on instruction would submit that the respondent is ready to consider the application, but he may be granted some time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the same, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.12.2015 to measure the land and fix four boundaries in Survey No.89/1A to an extent of 0.53 cents in Keelathooval Village, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing due opportunities to the petitioner.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
