ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsel are present. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the offences involved in this case are bailable in nature. Therefore, no question of anticipatory bail.

2. This Court has perused the entire records.

3. As per the FIR, the offences are under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, which are bailable in nature. Hence, grant of anticipatory bail will not arise in this case.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law.
