ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for renovating the property and take appropriate action against the 4th respondent, based on the petitioners complaint dated 18.05.2026 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the fourth respondent on 18.05.2026. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused 2/4

the materials before this Court. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the fourth respondent, notice to her is dispensed with.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the third respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
