O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, as against the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.07.2024 and in the light of the decision taken by the 4th respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 09/2024/A1 dated 12.07.2024.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the fourth respondent/Tahsildar had taken a decision in the peace committee meeting in the proceeding dated 12.07.2024. Based on the proceedings of the fourth respondent/Tahsildar, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the 2/5

fifth respondent has conducted a General Body Meeting and the petitioner herein has approached the second respondent police to prevent the General Body Meeting in the light of the order passed by the fourth respondent/Tahsildar. However, the respondent police has not taken any action, since the dispute is of civil nature. 4.This Court considered the rival submissions made. 5.This Court places its appreciation to the second respondent police in not interfering in the complaint which is of civil nature. This Court is also passing orders that the Tahsildar is not having any powers to conduct a peace committee meeting and the decision if any taken in the so called peace committee meeting is not having any statutory force. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. 6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
