ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner 1/4

in Crl OP(MD) No.8846 of 2026 by order dated 30.04.2026 that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court of Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No. 8846 of 2026 on 30.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
