ORDER : The Criminal Original petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 07.07.2023 and the requisition letter of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai (FAC) vide letter in D.No. 879, dated 24/11/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

The learned I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Madurai (FAC) has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.511 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 07.07.2023.
