..Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent i.e., the Secretary, Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, Chennai to take necessary action to enroll the petitioner's name as Advocate as per the petitioner's academical qualifications i.e., SSLC pass in the regular school and two year ITI certificate in the regular Industrial Training and then obtaining B.A., LLB Degree i.e., five integration double degree course, within a specified time that may be fixed by this Court.
