Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4.
2. The petitioner wants the authorities to accept her surrender application in respect of the petition-mentioned service connection. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent states that the service connection has been in his name for the last fifty years. The learned counsel also confirmed that the service connection is not in the name of the petitioner but in the name of the third respondent. Therefore, the question of the petitioner surrendering the said connection does not arise at all. If the petitioner has any claim over the petition-mentioned property, it is for the petitioner to work out her rights in the manner known to law before the 2/4
