Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S. DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A(MD)No.212 of 2019 dated 06.06.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.212 of 2019 on 06.06.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that he has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.212 of 2019 on 06.06.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7232 of 2019 shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered, accordingly.
