Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for keeping the petition mentioned temple open. No exception can be taken to the said request.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents categorically states that the respondents have no role whatsoever in the matter.

4. It appears that in the village in question there are quite a few groups. On account of the infight in between them, the current situation has arisen. The respondents are not to be blamed. Therefore, the issue of directing the respondents does not arise at all. Leaving open the rights of the petitioner to pursue the matter in the manner known to law, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
