Respondent No.2, this Court made the following order: This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection in allowing this Petition.

4.Accepting the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this Petition, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioners/appellants pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred only) towards costs to the Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.
