ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate actions on the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.588 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, both parties have appeared and given a statement to the effect that in respect of the disputed land they will work out their remedy before the District Revenue Officer or the Revenue Divisional Officer as the case may be. Till that time, both parties have undertaken not to enter into the property. Based upon that undertaking, the complaint was closed on 02.09.2021.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not called for any enquiry and he has not signed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.Since the complaint has been closed on the basis of the statements given by both parties and the signature of the petitioner is also found in the statement, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner has to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above liberty. No costs. The learned counsel for the petitioner may get the copy of the closure report from the office of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
