ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry 1 / 4

on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 22.07.2022 in C.S.R.No.221 of 2022.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has recevied the complaint given by the petitioner and C.S.R.No.221 of 2022 was given and now it is pending.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.07.2022 and take suitable action on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
