this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed with the prayer to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner dated 18.11.2025 before the appellate authority on merits.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the appeal will be disposed of, but however in the meanwhile, the petitioner is yet to comply with the interim orders that are granted by this Court for stay of the proceedings. This Court is not expressing any opinion with reference thereto.

3.Since the prayer made in the writ petition is only with reference to disposal of the appeal, the writ petition is disposed of with the following order:

(i)The appeal of the petitioner dated 18.11.2025 shall be disposed of by the appellate authority as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later

than four months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. (ii)No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
