This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the First Informaiton Report in Crime No.52 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, District Crime Branch, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made elaborate submission with regard to his right over the property and dispute between the parties.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the Special Court Anti Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai in C.C.No.22 of 2019 and summons have also been issued. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Since the matter has been taken cognizance by the trial court, the petitioner has to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
