The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.1977 of 2023 learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Additional Mahila Court, 1/4

Madurai, has approached this Court that though the final report has filed in the year 2023, there is no progress in the trial. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the case is posted to 21.07.2025 for the examination of L.W.1 to L.W.4. Further, he submits that the respondent Police would produce all the witnesses on the date of hearing. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No.1977 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.
