ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take necessary action to take over the direct management of the Mohideen Pallivasal Waqf, Kongarayankurichi till the selection of office bearers is completed and to take necessary action for the completion of the selection process by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025.

2. This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case after dispensing with counter by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.06.2025 for direct management of the subject Wakf, namely Mohideen Pallivasal, Konkarayankurichi, within a period of twelve (12) 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to state before passing such order, appropriate notice shall be issued to the persons who are likely to be impacted by the direct management of the subject Wakf.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
