This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 & 3 to provide adequate police protection to the duly elected Pastorate Committee, dated 29.04.2019 to discharge their official church activities in routine, smooth and peaceful manner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuant to the out come of the Peace Committee Meeting conducted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, it is reported that the elected Pastorate Committee is discharging their official church activities without any disturbance by the respondents 4 & 5. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
