ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent herein to conduct an enquiry and take action under section 81 to 83 of the Registration Act, 1908, against 2 to 5 respondents herein for the fraudulent registration of the Sale Deeds in Doc.Nos. 4678/2015 dated 27.08.2015, 613/2019 dated 06.02.2019 and 5591/2020 dated 15.09.2020.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 5 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law under Section 81 to 83 of the Registration Act, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above direction, notice to the respondents 2 to 5 is 2/4

dispensed with.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
