PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents police Not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petitioner is the employee of the 3rd respondent herein and during the course of employment, some trouble arose between them and there is an allegation by the 3rd respondent to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

But the entire amount has been credited in the account of the 3rd respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that so far no complaint has been received against this petitioner by the 2nd respondent from the 3rd respondent.

4.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent is calling the petitioner and harassing him. 5.Since the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has given the particulars and informations received from the 2nd respondent, question of harassment may not arise. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings. 6.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition stands disposed of.
