This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to investigate the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.07.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 submitted that the complainant appeared before the 2nd respondent police and submitted that he not pressed the complaint and further action need not be taken. Recording the said statement of the complainant, the 2nd respondent has closed the complaint on 13.07.2022. The statement is recorded.
