3.Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, all these writ petitions are disposed of with the following directions:
i)The application for disbursement of the educational loan, on the request, shall be issued to the respective petitioner within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ii)On receipt of the respective petitioner's application with relevant documents, the same shall be considered and order shall be passed, on merits and in accordance with the rules within a period of four weeks thereafter.
4.Accordingly, all the writ petitions are disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
