The petitioners seek to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.406 of 2024 dated 14.06.2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
