This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to take action on the strength of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.10.2020

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represented that already the representation of the petitioner was considered and the same was closed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted the same.

4. Since already the matter was considered by the first respondent and the same was closed no further order is required to be passed in this petition by this Court.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
