O R D E R
The prayer sought for in this Writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue joint patta to the petitioner pertaining to property situated at S.F.No.181 admeasuring 700 sq.ft. Old Ward - 1, Block No.22, T.S.No.181, Trichy District, Trichy East Taluk, Trichy Registration District Joint No.1 and II Sub Registration Department, Ariyamangalam Zone (Ward-W), Sengulam Village, Chekkadi Street, in the light of the representation dated 24.06.2019, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner, in order to get patta for the above said property, has given representation on 24.06.2019 to the respondent, especially, the 2nd respondent, and in this regard, the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.17795 of 2019 counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if the said representation is decided by the 2nd respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.
4.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents who would submit that the said representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and decided by passing final orders within a time frame.
5.Having regard to the said submission made by both sides, taking into account the innocuous prayer sought for herein, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ petition at the admission stage itself, with the consent of both sides by issuing the following orders:
That the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2019 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any. 6.With this direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
