Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction the educational loan Rs.2,50,000/- for the petitioner's son Solairaja for his 3 year Nursing Course in "General Nursing and Midwifery Course" at Anupama School of Nursing, Bangalore, Karnataka.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to sanction the educational loan for the petitioner's son Solairaja for doing the Nursing Course.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent/bank is not providing even the application for educational loan.

3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent/bank submitted that the application will be provided to the petitioner and if the application is furnished with necessary documents, it will be considered on its own merits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Therefore without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the second respondent/bank to provide the

application for educational loan to the petitioner, within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and consider such application if the same is presented with necessary documents on its own merits in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
