Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALASUBRAMANIAN.N, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed against the petitioner, while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD)No.9721 of 2022, dated 23/06/2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9211 of 2022 2.Now finding that there was rivalry between two sons and father and trouble has arisen between the parties. 3.At the time of hearing the petition, the respondent police has submitted that because of the above said issue, there is a threat to the life of the petitioners and they may also create law and order problem if return to the village. Only on that ground, they were ordered to stay at Trichy and report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy. Now they are complying the condition for the past 30 days regularly. Now normal situation returned to the village.
