ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 08.08.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur vide the letter in D.No.133 dated 06.02.20234 this Court made 1/3

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Cr.A.No.211 of 2023.

2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 08.08.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in Cr.A.No.211 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Court, Karur within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned the learned Principal District Judge, Karur, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted for disposing Cr.A.No.211 of 2023 on the file of the learned learned Principal District Judge, Karur. The learned trial Judge is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
