Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the 2nd respondent herein in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.001/nj/be/m-k/gp 1 1 dated 11.06.2019 and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent herein to revaluate the petitioner's Research Methodology paper subject code M18MA1 for which examination held on February 2019 and result published on 02.04.2019 within a time limit fixed by this Court. With a grievance that valuation has not been properly made, they have made a request for revaluation. Since their request have been rejected by the University, these writ petitions have been filed.

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsels on either side submit that pending these writ petitions, the petitioners have also appeared in the subsequent examinations conducted by the University and they have also cleared the examinations. Therefore, nothing survives in these writ petitions.
