ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3547 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3645 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly two months .

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3547 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3645 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
